EVBO pratical workshop on bioimage analysis methods to study angiogenesis

Workshop exclusive for EVBO members to showcase new quantitative methods to analyse microscopy images (in vitro and in vivo).

9.30-10.15: Wolfgang Giese (quantitative analysis of in vitro methods)

10.15-11.00: Claudio Franco (collective behaviours in vivo using fixed samples)

11.00 -11.15: break

11.15 -12.00: Miguel Bernabeu (rheology methods and vascular morphometrics)

12.00 -12.30: Hemaxi Narotamo (deep learning methods applied to blood vessels)

All speakers will showcase and explain the details of the different methods. Presentations will be followed by 20min of a Q&A session, where attendees can ask specific questions using real cases of their own data.
