EVBO Conference Sponsorships 2026 (2nd round)
EVBO accepts applications from the Organizing Committees of conferences with a focus on vascular/cardiovascular science to be held in the second half on 2026 (01.07.2026-31.12.2026).
The selected conferences will receive:
- Up to 2.000€ financial support for international conferences; up to 1.000€ financial support for national conferences
- Advertisement of the sponsored conference on all EVBO platforms (Website,X, Facebook, BlueSky, EVBO Mailing list)
Applications must be submitted as one PDF file (maximum 3 pages) to secretary@evbo.org and include the following information:
- Details and theme of the conference
- Expected number and geographical distribution of attendees
- International profile
- Preliminary programme (if available)
- Proposed EVBO contribution to the scientific programme
Evaluation criteria:
- Quality of conference (subjects covered and inclusion of international experts among invited speakers).
- Preference will be given to international conferences; national conferences of outstanding quality will continue to be funded.
- Varied fields within vascular biology will be selected to reach as wide of an audience as possible.
- Sufficient speaker slots for young investigators.
- Possible for all EVBO members to attend.
- Approach for recognition of EVBO sponsorship at the event.
Applications will be accepted starting March 9th, 2026. Application deadline is April 15th, 2026.
