The EVBO Council Board is excited to announce an open call for self-applications to fill up to 8 seats on the EVBO Council, for a 3 year mandate, renewable. Council Board regulations can be consulted here.

We are seeking dedicated vascular biologists who are passionate about actively participating as Councillors to dynamize the European vascular biology community.

Applications must be submitted by April 30, 2025, using the following LINK.

The selection committee, comprised of the EVBO President, President-elect, Secretary, and Treasurer, will assess the incoming applications. Their priority will be to ensure a diverse representation across geographical locations, genders, and subfields, and to promote continuity within the council. The EVBO Council Board will then finalize a list of candidates, featuring two applicants per council seat.

Voting for the candidates will occur electronically over approximately 10 days at the end of May 2025.

Applicants must be current EVBO members on the day of the election.
