Key Objective:
· Investigate the mechanisms behind heterogeneous chemotherapy responses colorectal cancer
Research Activities:
· Conduct studies using preclinical animal models and human colon cancer organoids to explore the biological underpinnings of heterogeneity of chemotherapy responses
· Analyze clinical samples to correlate laboratory findings with patient data, aiming to develop translational research that can directly impact patient care.
Requirements:
· A medical degree (MD)
· Strong interest in oncology
· Previous research experience, particularly in cancer biology, will be an asset.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Excellent communication skills
