EVBO Conference Sponsorship 2027 (1^st round)

EVBO accepts applications from the Organizing Committees of conferences with a focus on vascular/cardiovascular science to be held between 01.01.2027 and 30.06.2027.

The selected conference/s will receive:

• Up to 2.000€ financial support for international conferences; up to 1.000€ financial support for national conferences 
• Advertisement of the sponsored conference on all EVBO platforms (Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, BlueSky, EVBO Mailing list)

Applications must be submitted as one PDF file (maximum 3 pages) to secretary@evbo.org and include the following information:

• Details and theme of the conference
• Expected number and geographical distribution of attendees
• International profile
• Preliminary programme
• Proposed EVBO contribution to the scientific program

Evaluation criteria:

• Quality of conference (subjects covered, inclusion of European experts among invited speakers).
• Varied fields within vascular biology will be selected to reach as wide an audience as possible.
• Number of speaker slots for young investigators.
• Open to all EVBO members.
• Approach for recognition of EVBO sponsorship at the event.

Applications will be accepted until September 30th, 2026.
