{"id":1123,"date":"2022-12-08T10:52:20","date_gmt":"2022-12-08T10:52:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/evbo.org\/?page_id=1123"},"modified":"2026-03-02T10:45:52","modified_gmt":"2026-03-02T10:45:52","slug":"evbo-sponsorship-initiatives","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/evbo.org\/index.php\/evbo-sponsorship-initiatives\/","title":{"rendered":"EVBO Conference Support"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>EVBO Conference Sponsorships 2026 (2<sup>nd<\/sup> round)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EVBO accepts applications from the Organizing Committees of conferences with a focus on vascular\/cardiovascular science to be held in the second half on 2026 (01.07.2026-31.12.2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The selected conferences will receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Up to 2.000\u20ac financial support for international conferences; up to 1.000\u20ac financial support for national conferences\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advertisement of the sponsored conference on all EVBO platforms (Website,X, Facebook, BlueSky, EVBO Mailing list)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications must be submitted as one PDF file (maximum 3 pages) to <strong>secretary@evbo.org<\/strong> and include the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Details and theme of the conference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expected number and geographical distribution of attendees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preliminary programme (if available)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proposed EVBO contribution to the scientific programme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Evaluation criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quality of conference (subjects covered and inclusion of international experts among invited speakers).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preference will be given to international conferences; national conferences of outstanding quality will continue to be funded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Varied fields within vascular biology will be selected to reach as wide of an audience as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sufficient speaker slots for young investigators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possible for all EVBO members to attend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approach for recognition of EVBO sponsorship at the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications will be accepted starting March 9th, 2026.
