Postdoctoral and Doctoral positions are available in the newly established\u00a0Finnish Centre of Excellence in Immune\u2013Endothelial Interfaces\u00a0(IMMENs), composed of four research groups: Dr. Taija M\u00e4kinen’s and Dr. Kari Vaahtomeri’s research groups at the University of Helsinki and Dr. Cecilia Sahlgren\u2019s and Dr. Guillaume Jaqcuemet’s at the \u00c5bo Akademi University, Turku.<\/p>\n
Project description. The overarching aim of IMMENs is to understand how local immune responses are regulated at the lymphatic endothelium-immune cell interface.\u00a0We utilize state of the art in vivo mouse genetic models, innovative explant and primary cell co-culture assay, advanced microscopy solutions and bioengineering.<\/p>\n
