Hosting environment<\/strong><\/p>\n The CRCI\u00b2NA is composed of 12 research teams dedicated to explore the interactions and dynamic changes of tumor ecosystems during tumor initiation and progression. They combine a broad spectrum of expertise, including cancer genomics and computational biology, cell and molecular biology, cell models (3D and murine), immuno-oncology and imaging.<\/p>\n The host lab has a specific interest in lung pathophysiology, and Dr Lucas Treps\u2018 group is particularly interested in blood vessel interaction within the lung microenvironment. Particularly you will be involved in the characterization of a new genetic mouse model using various tumor systems, immunohistochemistry, light sheet imaging, flow cytometry, and cell culture. You will be involved in wet-lab data acquisition and analysis.
