The project involves work in vivo (models of cardiovascular disease) as well as in vitro (human cells).<br \/>\nIntegration of RNA-sequencing and mass spectrometry technologies.Integration of RNA-sequencing and mass spectrometry technologies.<br \/>\nCollection of experimental data, analysis and documentation of results and preparation of material for publication.<\/p>\n<p>We offer:<\/p>\n<p>A thematic high-level project in an internationally recognized group (www.ivs.uni-frankfurt.de) that is part of the DFG Cluster of Excellence \u201cCardioPulmonary Institute\u201d (www.cpi-online.de), SFB 1531 and the German Center for Cardiovascular Research (www.DZHK.de).<br \/>\nAn international and inclusive environment promoting curiosity and critical thinking leading to impactful scientific discoveries.<br \/>\nAssociation with a graduate school (https:\/\/sfb1531.de\/programme) providing the specific know-how necessary for performing cutting edge science in cardiovascular biology and mentoring for personal development.<br \/>\nModern research buildings with state-of-the-art facilities and analysis possibilities from integrative physiology to mass spectroscopy in Frankfurt and Bad Nauheim.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>A completed, very good MSc in biology, biotechnology, molecular medicine or an equivalent discipline or a completed degree in medicine including an experimental thesis (Dr. med.).
