Website CRCI2NA - INSERM UMR 1307/CNRS UMR 6075 (Team 1)
Join us as Post-doc at the CRCI²NA (Integrated Cancer & Immunology Research Center), Nantes, France, to unravel vascular dysfunction in cystic fibrosis, and how it could contribute to comorbidities including cancer.
Hosting environment
The CRCI²NA is composed of 12 research teams dedicated to explore the interactions and dynamic changes of tumor ecosystems during tumor initiation and progression. They combine a broad spectrum of expertise, including cancer genomics and computational biology, cell and molecular biology, cell models (3D and murine), immuno-oncology and imaging.
The host lab has a specific interest in lung pathophysiology, and Dr Lucas Treps‘ group is particularly interested in blood vessel interaction within the lung microenvironment. For an overview of lab activities visit our website and publications: (https://crci2na.univ-nantes.fr/en/research/team-1). The lab environment offers full access to state-of-the-art technologies affiliated to the SFR Bonamy (https://sfrsante.univ-nantes.fr/en/technological-facilities), including light sheet microscopy and scRNA-seq.
The CRCI²NA is committed to promoting gender equality, diversity, and inclusion as well as embracing environmental responsibility for an ecological and societal transition. These initiatives are reflected in its organization, operations, and communication.
