DESCRIPTION:Workshop exclusive for EVBO members to showcase new quantitative methods to analyse microscopy images (in vitro and in vivo).\n9.25 – 9.30: Welcome address \n9.30-10.15: Wolfgang Giese (quantitative analysis of in vitro methods) \n10.15-11.00: Claudio Franco (collective behaviours in vivo using fixed samples) \n11.00 -11.15: break \n11.15 -12.00: Miguel Bernabeu (rheology methods and vascular morphometrics) \n12.00 -12.30: Hemaxi Narotamo (deep learning methods applied to blood vessels) \nAll speakers will showcase and explain the details of the different methods.
