I would like to bring to your attention the Atherosclerosis & Thrombosis and vascular biology courses of the Dutch Heart Foundation. These courses will take place from 8 – 12 October at Sport centre Hotel Papendal near Arnhem. The English-spoken courses have a very strong programme, and allow ample time for social interactions.
Here are 3 reasons why you should attend the Atherosclerosis & Thrombosis course:
- Up-to-date introduction in the physiology of metabolism, inflammation and haemostasis, and their significance in cardiovascular disease.
- Insight into the multifaceted interactions of established and novel actors (e.g. dyslipidaemia, gut microbiome, sex differences) in atherosclerosis and thrombosis.
- Latest advances in prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
Leading experts give state-of-the-art lectures. You will have lively discussions and debates on controversies in research and treatment of CVD. On Friday you will be able to present your posters in a TEDMED session.
